Creately Subprocessors

This page is the public location referenced by the Creately Data Processing Addendum for subprocessor information relating to Creately enterprise services, including Creately Atlas.

Creately may use carefully reviewed third-party providers to help deliver, host, secure, support, and improve its services. Before engaging a subprocessor that handles customer data, Creately conducts a risk-based review of the provider’s security, privacy, and confidentiality posture.

Current public position

• Customer data for the Service is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS) or another enterprise cloud provider identified in Creately’s security materials.
• Creately maintains written data-protection obligations with subprocessors that are no less protective in material respects than the obligations in the applicable DPA.
• Creately will provide advance notice before a new subprocessor begins materially processing Customer Personal Data, as described in the applicable DPA.
• Enterprise customers may request additional subprocessor details and supporting security materials subject to confidentiality restrictions.
